Adjacent to Perkins Cove, our beautiful Inn, one of the early Grand Hotels of Ogunquit, has been welcoming guests since the mid 1890's. Known then as the Ocean View House, weary travelers and vacationers alike were welcomed to "one of the most beautiful regions of the Maine Coast, overlooking Perkins Cove a Fishing Village and Famous Artist's Colony". Yardarm Village Inn, a charming old New England Inn at 406 Shore Road in Ogunquit, ME is located in a quiet residential area just south of the entrance to Perkins Cove and a short walk or trolley ride to the Ogunquit Beach. For your convenience, our Ogunquit Maine Bed and Breakfast provides a diversified and comfortable selection of accommodations.

	Our cozy standard rooms offer a queen or two twin beds, while our two room suites give the added luxury of sitting room in addition to a king or queen bed room.
Begin your day with our light breakfast which features freshly baked blueberry muffins from the innkeepers kitchen, your favorite juice, fresh fruit cup and our own brewed coffee or tea. If you are like many of our guests you will ask for the muffin recipe (we will graciously decline) and you will order a half dozen to take home!

After a day on the beautiful Ogunquit Beach or a walk on the Marginal Way, sit back and relax on our large veranda and try the beer, wine and cheese of your choice from our well stocked wine and cheese shop located on our first floor.

Should you decide to spend some time "on" the water, we have afternoon and evening sailboat charters available on our own sailboat. Enjoy watching the rocky coast of Maine or the beautiful three mile Ogunquit Beach stretch in front of you. If you wish, step up to the wheel and sail the boat yourself. After your sail enjoy any number of fine restaurants, gift shops and art galleries in Perkins Cove.

Tennis, golf and whale watching excursions are located nearby, while the seacoast area offers biking enthusiasts varied and scenic riding terrains.

For our guests, Yardarm Village Inn offers on premise parking for one car per unit. In order to guarantee a relaxed stay for all at our Ogunquit, ME Inn, we cannot accept pets.

In 2007 we were excited to have been a sponsor of *pAWSitively Ogunquit*, a public art project and partnership between the Animal Welfare Society of West Kennebunk and the Ogunquit Chamber of Commerce. Our dog, "Beacon", painted by Margaret Sink, has been enjoying his adventures with all his new friends here at Yardarm Village Inn. Come join him and have your picture taken!
